Dean has more than 25 years’ experience working on both the contractor and client side of project management. Starting his career with Stronach Property Developments, he went on to spend 16 years with Carson Group, Coffey Projects, and Tetra Tech Coffey, delivering projects across defence, health, education, civil, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. His work has included a 12 month role as Tenancy Coordinator on the $8.0BN Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Dean is experienced in a range of contract models including GC21, Defence’s Managing Contractor and Head Contractor contracts, AS4000, as well as Master Builders and HIA forms. One of the longest serving industry participants on the $1.44BN New Air Combat Capability Facilities Project at RAAF Base Williamtown, Dean’s involvement spanned more than eight years.
Known for his leadership, clear communication and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, he has built a strong reputation for delivering projects to a high standard.
