Since 2008, Johannes (aka JJ) has built a broad and practical project management career across government, education, health, defence, and aviation sectors. With over 17 years’ experience, he has worked as an estimator, site based builder’s PM, developer’s representative and now as a consultant, where he spent 12+ years leading major capital works. Johannes has delivered complex programs for Defence, Health Infrastructure NSW, Newcastle Airport, and the University of Newcastle, including the $22M NIER facility and $28M HERB project.
Methodical, adaptable, and hands on, JJ brings structure and calm to fast paced environments. He blends strong leadership with detailed process management, and is known for being approachable, outcomes focused, and able to navigate complex stakeholder and approval landscapes. His clear communication and steady approach have consistently guided challenging projects through to successful delivery.
