Krystal recently graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) with Honours Class I and brings over 4 years of experience, with a strong background in residential development and customer service.
Recognised for her leadership, technical capability, and steady delivery, she has recently been promoted to Project Manager with Loyalty.
Krystal has worked in building certification, gaining solid knowledge of the development approval process, the NSW Planning Portal, and post‑certification procedures. Since joining Loyalty, Krystal has supported a wide range of projects for the University of Newcastle, School Infrastructure NSW, St Philip’s Christian Education, Ingenia, local Government and The Catholic Diocese of Maitland and Newcastle. Her roles have spanned consultant coordination, procurement, risk management, contract administration, and project governance.
With a practical understanding of planning approvals and stakeholder engagement, Krystal combines strong attention to detail with a clear, confident communication style, making her a reliable and valued contributor to complex projects.
